Storage precautions for desulfurization pipelines

(1) When the pipeline arrives at the site, it should be transported to the corresponding operation area and construction should be started immediately. If construction cannot be started immediately due to force majeure, the pipe should be stored safely.
(2) The auxiliary connection materials of FRP pipes mainly include reinforcing materials such as glass fiber yarn, chopped felt, glass fiber cloth, and matrix materials such as resin, curing agent, accelerator, anti-aging agent, and various types of cement. These materials must be classified and properly stored in a dry place without direct sunlight. Rubber rings should be protected from sunlight and away from heat sources, and should not come into contact with oils and organic solvents. Pipes and pipe fittings should be stacked according to type, specification, and grade. Soft pads should be added between layers. They should be away from heat sources and flammable and explosive items. They should not be stored in the open air for a long time to prevent exposure to the sun.
(3) When the pipeline is stored directly on the ground, the ground should be flat. It is strictly forbidden to store the pipeline on sharp hard objects. The stacked pipelines should be wedge-shaped to prevent rolling.
(4) Pipes should be stored according to specifications. Each layer of the stack should be padded with sleepers, and the distance between sleepers should be less than 1/2 pipe length. The stacking height of pipes shall not be higher than 2 meters, and pipes with a size of DN1400 or above shall not be stacked.
