CS2 Exhaust Gas Treatment Package Project

According to the working condition requirements of different concentrations and different air volumes, a treatment plan design including process route, main equipment technical specifications, supporting equipment specifications, electrical installed capacity, and DCS control method is formulated.

Our company has rich design experience in CS2 recycling systems and has successfully designed three exhaust gas treatment systems in Xinjiang Shunquan, Jilin Chemical Fiber, and Sateri Yancheng. It includes the basic design and detailed design of the exhaust gas treatment system, including full professional design of process, civil engineering, equipment, pipelines, electrical, instrumentation, automation, HVAC, water supply and drainage, etc.

The CS2 waste gas treatment equipment and pipeline supply is designed to address the specific challenges of handling carbon disulfide emissions in industrial environments. With stable structural design and carefully selected materials, the system provides reliable operation under complex working conditions. The equipment integrates treatment units with pipeline distribution to ensure that harmful gases are effectively collected, transported, and processed in compliance with environmental requirements.One of the key characteristics of the CS2 waste gas treatment system lies in its adaptability to different industries, including chemical manufacturing, textile production, and other fields where carbon disulfide is commonly used. The pipelines are engineered to support efficient flow control while maintaining resistance to corrosion and wear, which helps reduce maintenance needs and extend service life.

Level 2 project qualification. Two exhaust gas treatment systems have been successfully built in Xinjiang Shunquan and Jilin Chemical Fiber, and the Sateri Yancheng exhaust gas treatment project is under construction. The construction progress complies with the owner's plan, construction safety complies with national standards, and construction quality complies with industry standards.

Upon completion of the construction, our company conducts equipment and system commissioning for the recycling system, including equipment cleaning, pipeline purging, equipment, and pipeline pressure testing, debugging of pumps and fans and other dynamic equipment, mechanical equipment linkage, single system commissioning, no-load operation of the whole system, no-load thermal debugging of the whole system, start-up operation, and maintenance of transportation.

The waste gas treatment integrated system specifically consists of the waste gas collection system → high-concentration waste gas treatment and recovery system → waste gas acid-making system - low-concentration waste gas treatment system - and desulfurization and denitrification system. Currently, our company is the only company in China that can realize EPC general contracting of this complete system.

At present, the sulfur-containing waste gas (mainly containing H₂S, CS₂, etc.) generated in the production of chemical fiber or similar industrial and mining enterprises is collected (including acid bath degassing, degassing conversion, etc.), burned, purified, dry-absorbed, and converted into sulfuric acid for reuse in production, reducing the emission of odorous gases and achieving recycling.This device operates stably and reliably, adopts an internationally common flame control system to control the combustion of waste gas fully, can achieve conditional automatic ignition, full combustion monitoring, and flameout protection functions, to ensure the complete and sufficient combustion of waste gas, and at the same time the entire process system adopts DCS system control and monitoring to ensure safe, continuous and stable operation. 1. Waste gas acid production process: Purification section: adopting power wave foam scrubbing flue gas purification technology to cool, scrub, and remove impurities from the flue gas. Dry absorption section: adopting one-stage drying, two-stage absorption, circulating acid pump cooling process. Conversion section: adopts ’3+1’ type four-stage double-contact conversion process. Acid storage section: storage and management of sulphuric acid. Waste acid treatment section: adopts sulphuric acid treatment process. 2.
