At present, the sulfur-containing waste gas (mainly containing H₂S, CS₂, etc.) generated in the production of chemical fiber or similar industrial and mining enterprises is collected (including acid bath degassing, degassing conversion, etc.), burned, purified, dry-absorbed, and converted into sulfuric acid for reuse in production, reducing the emission of odorous gases and achieving recycling.
This device operates stably and reliably, adopts an internationally common flame control system to control the combustion of waste gas fully, can achieve conditional automatic ignition, full combustion monitoring, and flameout protection functions, to ensure the complete and sufficient combustion of waste gas, and at the same time the entire process system adopts DCS system control and monitoring to ensure safe, continuous and stable operation.

1. Waste gas acid production process:

Purification section: adopting power wave foam scrubbing flue gas purification technology to cool, scrub, and remove impurities from the flue gas.

Dry absorption section: adopting one-stage drying, two-stage absorption, circulating acid pump cooling process.

Conversion section: adopts ’3+1’ type four-stage double-contact conversion process.

Acid storage section: storage and management of sulphuric acid.

Waste acid treatment section: adopts sulphuric acid treatment process.
