During the contact process, the pollutants in the waste gas are absorbed, dissolved or chemically reacted by the water mist or solution, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the waste gas. In this process, the design of the packing layer plays a vital role. The packing layer provides a larger gas-liquid contact area, which enhances the purification effect. Optimizing the selection and layout of fillers can further improve the purification efficiency and ensure that pollutants in the exhaust gas are effectively removed.

In addition to the design of the filler layer, the spray device is also one of the key factors affecting the purification efficiency. The spray device uses a high-efficiency nozzle to ensure uniform distribution of water mist. Uniform water mist distribution can increase the contact opportunities between the exhaust gas and the absorption liquid, thereby improving the purification efficiency. At the same time, the flow rate and pressure of the spray device also need to be adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the exhaust gas to achieve the best purification effect. In terms of solution selection and concentration, different exhaust gas components need to be neutralized with different absorption liquids. For example, for exhaust gas containing acidic pollutants, sodium hydroxide solution can be used as an absorption neutralization liquid. When the solution concentration is within the appropriate range, the purification efficiency of acidic pollutants can reach more than 98%. Selecting a suitable absorption liquid and adjusting the solution concentration are important means to improve the purification efficiency.

The FRP absorption tower is also equipped with an intelligent control system. The intelligent control system can automatically adjust the working state according to the exhaust gas concentration to ensure that the equipment is always in the best operating state. This intelligent control not only ensures the treatment effect, but also realizes energy conservation and optimal utilization, reducing operating costs. In order to ensure the long-term stable operation and high purification efficiency of the FRP absorption tower, regular maintenance is also essential. Enterprises should regularly check the wear of the spray device, packing layer, demisting layer and other components, and replace damaged parts in time. At the same time, the circulating water tank and pipelines should be cleaned regularly to avoid sediment blocking the pipeline and affecting the performance of the equipment. Through regular maintenance, it can be ensured that the FRP absorption tower always maintains an efficient and stable operation state.
